3.0 star ratingReception staff very respectful but not much was done when it came to our complaints about a/c . Pool And beach area beautiful !!! Bar staff next to reception very helpful Not much of a variety of deserts, staff of outside area dining not so helpful and food would become cold until we r given cuttlery and cups. A/c huge dissapointment complained 3 times !!!!!!!! For nothing !!!! We had 4 nights in a very hot sofocating room More variety of alcaholic drinks or cocktails should be available !!! I will not cause any drama in the reception about the a/c but i will surely not return back to this hotel cuz of this reason ;(Panda24 July 2013
