1.5 star ratingLocation They are missing the Concept!!! yes, that was my conclusion after 4 hours of debate with the staff, I felt petty on them since they don't even understand whatever you are talking about, lousy quality, disrespect, dirty rooms, and huh "water and electricity shall be off for 6 hours!!!" are you kidding me guys!!! you consider yourself a 5 stars hotel!!! when I asked to meet the manager, the answer was "he is on rest!!" Ok, let me talk to his assistant, "oh, he is not here to"....come on, what can I do,,,am I supposed to live without electricity - in the summer - and water for 6 hours,,,,the concierge reply was awesome "what can I do for your sir, please try to manage yourself it is only 6 hours" hhhhhhhhh speechless and finally I realized that they are missing the CONCEPT!!K.Adel23 June 2016
