4.5 star ratingDusit Thani: beautiful resort, lovely room and swimming pool. Friendly staff. Salil: very nice, clean and cozy room. the hotel offered a welcome drink, a lemon grass soda which tasted interesting. breakfast was ok. good location. great value for money. Dusit Thani: location is not ideal if you want to go to town frequently (10km from town centre). The hotel's shuttle bus service is not very helpful (1-hour intervals, 50THB/person/one-way trip, last trip back to hotel is too early (10:30pm) as the town's night activities go on till late). I would recommend this resort to families who only want to relax at the resort. If you want to explore Hua Hin, especially its nightlife, stay somewhere in the town's centre. Note that there is no taxi near the resort unless you take them from the town's centre, which was quite costly.28 February 2013
