Excellent English breakfast with great choice of food.. 200 metres from Metro with frequent trains and will normally be in the centre of Prague in 15 minutes from leaving the hotel.No major complaints. Tea, coffee and milk are only provided on the first night for use on the first night. It would be appreciated if the hotel continued with the provision of tea and coffee for use in the room facilities for the rest of the stay.03 November 2008

Reception staff helpful and effiecient.Some of the queuing at breakfast could be avoided if the cheese/breads/cold meats were on a seperate counter away from the hot foods.03 November 2008
4.5 star ratingWe found the hotel to be of an extremely high standard and excellent value for money. The room was clean & had a TV and a kettle although you did have to provide your own teabags/coffe etc after the initial 'welcome' sachets! The staff were very professional and polite and whilst located several kilometers from the city centre, a newly-built metro station is a 2 min walk from the hotel where a metro would take you directly into the centre in about 15 mins. You need wait no more than a few minutes for a metro at most times of the day or evening. Would recommend highly to any traveller.At breakfast, the staff were very 'keen' to whip your tray away from you if you gave even the slightlest inkling that you were thinking of finishing your meal! A very minor niggle however.02 November 2008

4.0 star ratingFreundliches Personal mit Deutschkenntnissen. Das Frühstücks-Buffet bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas. Zwei Restaurants im Hotel (Gourmet u. Folklore). Die Farbgestaltung der Lobby erzeugt mit seiner Vielfalt und Kombination heiteres schmunzeln.sehr (!) kleine Zimmer, rauchen in den Zimmern verboten, direkt hinter dem Hotel eine Stadtautobahn, deswegen Tag und Nacht Verkehrslärm. Brötchen sind beim Frühstücks-Buffet Mangelware, Brotscheiben u. leider etwas trockene Brotstangen jedoch ausreichend vorhanden, das Auffüllen des Buffets erfolgte recht schleppend bis gar nicht (z.B. Wurst / Obst / Brötchen).Nbg5921 August 2010
