4.0 star ratingI liked the idea of having toys available for the children to play with during breakfast and dinner times.Different information was given by different receptionist staff about Thomas Character Breakfast. Upgrade price was a bit hefty considering that we were residents at the hotel and already were on B17 September 2013

5.0 star ratingChoice of two restaurant and a bar/cafe to socialise in on sight and a large breakfast area as well. Staff were very welcoming and quick to respond to your needs. I was very please with the breakfast team as well as the variety of food on offer as well. I had an executive room on the third floor for the duration of my stay (5 days) and it was nice and quiet and the rooms was cleaned every day. I ate at the Parkland Restaurant (the on sight restaurant) twice during my stay, and found that the food was of a good standard. There was one occasion when I asked to speak to the manager and made my comments to him about their new menu, which looked very good. He was very receptive about my comments and even when I made a comment on how they might improve on their layout of their menu, he was very professional in how he handled my comments. I will definitely visit the hotel againNo negative comments. This is my second stay at the hotel in the last couple of months and I have enjoyed my stay each time. Anisha10 December 2013
5.0 star ratingGot a brilliant deal through Hotelopia for a double room and then an even better one at the hotel itself when we upgraded to the Presidential Room. Staff were very friendly and helpful and both rooms were well appointed - the Presidential is a beautiful room, huge bed with curving walls and a massive bath and walk in shower, lovely views over the park, definitely worth paying a little extra for. The hotel itself has lovely lighting at night with different coloured lights down the walls and the trees lit up with fairy lights - quite magical. Impressed07 February 2014
