4.5 star ratingGood poition, lovely sea views. Food - plenty of it, and variety mainly turkish. Entertainment aimed at children - even adult entertainment is child level. Rooms clean and everything you need except tea and coffee making facilities. Have to pay extra for mini bar which should be free in an all inclusive hotel as not allowed to take drinks to room even at night.09 May 2009

Elegance building - beautiful.Facilities listed as FREE were charged, (sauna etc) Aqua-slides not open as detailed. Hygiene,,dirty, cracked plates, cracked glasses, drip trays under juice/hot drink machines not emptied/cleaned,. A La Carte restuarant not A La Carte - it is Table D'ote. Staff tried to charge kids for FREE ice-cream... No facities open in Elegance Building - Drinks/coffee/meals etcMREG-Irvine25 October 2011
