Welcome to this apartment for 6 people, located in a residential complex in Platja de Gandia. The exteriors are great. You can cool off in the communal chlorinated 10 x 7 m pool (0.8 m at the shallow end increasing to 1.7 m at the deep end) or spend great evenings on the terrace which is furnished with a table and some chairs. Further facilities include an artificial turf area. This charming apartment, located on the fourth floor with lift, has an area of 82 m2. There are three bedrooms (one double with an en-suite bathroom with a bath, and two twin). A cot is available if needed. There is another bathroom with a shower that serves the entire house. You can relax in the living-dining room either by watching TV, reading a book or just resting. The dining area has a table with chairs. The separate kitchen, which includes a glass-ceramic hob, has all the necessary utensils for you to cook without a problem. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The property is located in the best area of Gandia beach. Within a 5-minute walk, we find the wonderful sandy beach (3 km long) recently awarded the Blue Flag and the quality Q flag, which will make from your vacation a unique experience. There you can find a wide variety of shops and enjoy the views of our wonderful Mediterranean Sea. If you like nature, do not miss the Ullal de L'Estany, one of the springs that feed the marsh of Gandia. Its fresh water comes from the nearby mountains and emerges from the ground next to the Alqueria del Duc. You can also enjoy the “Route of the Monasteries”, a tourist route that runs through the central regions of Valencia connecting five former convents or monasteries, and visit the Ducal Palace. If you still have time, you can approach the most important and modern area of Valencia with the Museum of Arts and Sciences or the best amusement park in Benidorm, Terra Mítica. Pets are not allowed. Swimming pool opening times: 9 am to 2 pm and 5 pm to 10 pm.
