"The hotel, Deusol 3000, need to let you know, that the new address to pick up the keys it’s located at the Hotel Alfahotel (antiguo Onix), avd coprincep episcopa n87 (Encamp). Tlf 0037683299 / móvil emergencia 00376680123. from: 08.30h to 11.00h y de 17.00h a 20.00h., and no more for the moment at the same hotel building" I went to the hotel Alfahotel in Encamp only to be told they did not have the keys and I was told to go all the back to Soldeu to the Apartments La Pleta de Soldeu. We did not stay at Deusol as booked with hotelopia but at La Pleta Soldeu. Why the mistake? We were not informed that there had been a change to our booked apartments.
