4.0 star ratingPersoneel uitstekend, spreken goed hun talen. Net en mooi hotel.Wij hadden 2 kakkerlakken in onze kamer, maar na dit gemeld te hebben, kregen we gelijk een andere kamer. Kamers waren absoluut niet smerig, waarschijnlijk zij de kakkerlakken via het riool onze kamer binnen gekomen. Volgende dag netjes een excuus briefje met een heerlijke schaal fruit in de kamer. Ontbijt met genoeg keus, maar de broodjes waren iedere dag niet echt vers.J. Klein 29 August 2009
3.0 star ratingThis Hotel says it is 5 star but the rooms are definitely not of 5 star standard. we stay at hotels alot and the roomsare only on the standard of 3 to a low 4 star. ours was booked as a superior room and it was only the same as a room at the 3 star bewleys in ireland. the beds were so hard i did not sleep at all that night and neither did my 8 year old daughter. we complained and asked about the room as they are not like the pictures on their website and they got the cleaning staff to add a duvet under the sheet on the bed, which made it more comfortable and they said the manager was in a meeting when we asked to spaek with him and told us he would be coming to see us. However he did not make any effort to see us or even leave a message for us.And then on our last evening someone left a message for us on reception which again was not passed on to us. very poor indeed. The breakfast was nice but again not what we have experienced as 5 star. Would not stay here again not good value for money.jacqui608 April 2013
5.0 star ratingRoom was spacious, clean and everyday`s cleaning was better than ever! Breakfast gave a lot of alternatives...Lobby staff was friendly and helpful. Karim`s drinks in lobbybar were really great! Poolarea large enough and so easy to go and play golf!
