2.0 star ratingRoom cleaning service was goodOverall the Delfin Mar receiption staff were so unhelpful and in some instances quite rude. My wife complained that the ladies toilet had no toilet paper in it, over 2 hours later there was still none available. The food was same and the same, the quality was poor and the choice was limited and the food was warm and had a texture of being prepared and left for some time before serving. Overall I would stay well away from this hotel, don't pay up front before you arrive, especially when you are put into an inferior hotel that just is not worth the money. Although my contract was with Easyjet, I will be taking this matter up with them.05 November 2008
