3.5 star ratingStaff very friendly n helpful. Very happy with the 24 hr shuttle service to n from airport n port of Miami. Have stayed here in the past and will use this hotel n recommend it to anyone who is taking a cruise out of Miami. I thought it was odd the maid service was cleaning our room before we had checked out. She was mopping n cleaning the toilet while we were brushing our teeth. How can bathroom be truly cleaned for next guest when we still using the it? Overall it is a good place to stay!Anonymous 02 April 2017
