3.5 star ratingBack to nature feeling, laid back and generally the room is good.Room is a little small for a superior villa, not much info provided about the facilities provided. Poor direction signage. Had to ask around where to check in. prince61309 September 2014
 1st : i booked the hotel before christmas to ensure availability dates. 2nd : booking confirmed , email sent to me and voucher no is given. Everything seems legit and fine. 3rd : on the day itself i called to confirm with the reception few hours before check - in and poof she said there are no such bookings. I am really positive i booked for the 31st dec 2014 to 1 Jan 2015 (one night) and the reception told me i am the 3rd person to have claimed to have made a booking but it did not appear on their booking list. She states that the internet platform of hotelopia (the one i booked from) might be having technical issues. What on earth are you guys doing? Im not trying to be rude but please make an effort to at least coordinate the rooms with these agencies (agoda, groupon,hotelopia) with your own hotel bookings. It would have been worst if i was informed when i reach there. Very poor management of hotel room bookings. Truly disappointed in kranji d'farms admin system. Will not attempt to even book there again ever.aaron03 January 2015
