Surrounded by delightful gardens, the modern beach hotel Crystal Springs is ideally located close to the beach on the outskirts of Protaras on the east coast of Cyprus. The Pernera area is within walking distance, while the centre of Protaras and Paralimni can be reached within a short drive. A bus stop for the local bus service is just outside of the hotel. Larnaca International Airport is 49 km away.The hotel offers bright rooms in a contemporary design with fresh colours. All of them enjoy side or front sea views and feature air-conditioning and a private balcony. Services and amenities include an outdoor pool and a tennis court. This hotel is one of the few hotels in Cyprus with an on-site Scuba diving centre. The restaurant serves delicious local and international cuisine, and guests can enjoy a drink at one of the two bars. A wonderful beach hotel both for couples and families.

5.0 star ratingRoom & hotel in general: Excellent! The room is clean and spacious. I had a pool-view room and the views were lovely! the garden is nice too and you can just sit and relax there. There's international dance performance in the evening on Tuesday and it's a great show. Staff: The staff from the reception to the bar were all professional, helpful, and cheerful. Food: The breakfast and dinner were great! There's a large varierty of food to choose from and the quality is good. Location: It's not in a busy area and is quite 'remote'. But here is a bus stop outside of the hotel and the bus will take you to Protaras, Ayia Napa, etc, in 20-30 mins for EUR1.5 per way. There's also a restaurant outside and the food is good. Sports: You can ask about the scuba diving tour at the reception or you can rent a bicycle for EUR10 per day. The pool is very pretty too. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.Internet: Since I stayed there in April (not peak season), the hotel staff let me use their wifi for free. But it would be great if the hotel could provide their guests with free wifi (even just an hour of access each day) in the future.Anni28 April 2014
