2.5 star ratingContradictory information given by staff in two different occasions. The staff were nice ans smily, but they provided me with wrong info that a posteriori costed chargers that I first was told twice (one by phone, another in person at reception) that "was ok". It is fair that the customer pay fully for all services received, but it is frustrating and surprising when you do check out if you are told otherwise. The food is plain, and the pastries in breakfast despite the noumerous of them are simply badAnonymous 26 January 2017
