3.5 star ratingRestaurant staff were very accommodating and nice. Some of the best we had in Thailand. Breakfast buffet was good and Lunch buffet was awesome. Pool and surrounding area was really nice and heard only good things about the spar from our friends.Room layout was nice but not well maintained. Glass on balcony fence was cracked and not repaired. No teaspoons provided with Tea/Coffee set. Normally i wouldn't pick on something like this but for the price of the room/night i would expect this stuff to be maintained. The iron provided by the hotel also had matter melted on it's surface. Front desk staff were also minimal in their service. Room was not ready by 2pm check in as well.Anonymous 26 April 2016
