4.5 star ratingRoom was large and clean with great amenities and facilities. Food was excellent in dining room nd special mention must be made of Karla reid who was exceptionally friendly and welcoming and helped me learn some Spanish. A great employee of your hotel.The tall dark skinned woman with long black hair at reception was surly, sour, unfriendly and totally unhelpful. We tried to check in early and instead of having all our details and information collected and then called when the room was ready, like happened with our earlier stay. She is a rude manner simply said" "Come back at three o clock"! This woman is a terrible representative of your hotel. So unfriendly. When people fly in from overseas they expect to see a smiling face. This woman needs retraining. At 2.50pm the shuttle pulls up and all the occupants go to the counter and start to et checked in and we are left at the end even though we have been waiting for over and hour. Then she was the sole person checking in people. Too little and too slow. Despite the otherwise excellence of your hotel I will consider another hotel next time. I don't like unfriendly front desk staff at hotels.Casho31 July 2016
