5.0 star ratingStayed in the hotel for a City break. hotel is right next to Tube station and on the Central line so a quick journey into the West end. staff were welcoming. We had a twin room which was very clean and spacious. Comfy beds and lovely soft pillows. Breakfast was included in the price we paid and was excellent plenty of choice, freshly cooked and attentive staff. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Was vey good value for money compared to others further in the city.Only one negative comment was that the room was very very hot, the heating was on when we arrived, but cooled down once we put the air con on! 3.5 star ratingMost of the staff were great. Location to tube and amenities was fantastic although not much to do at the hotel itself. Go the booking wrong and cancelled a room for "a non show" despite me having proof of purchase from 8 months earlier and checking in to the other rooms on the same booking 24hrs previous. What should have been a simple rectification took 30mins and was met with suspicion and doubt on their part. The were Few minor annoyances such as a faulty bathroom door lock and a non working toilet flush. All in all a decent stay. But due to the rooming issues that almost ruined a weekend that took 9 months to plan. I wouldn't stay there again for pleasure but would if I had to for business purposes.
