1.5 star ratingNothingYou will be puzzled about this hotel. I was given room 1007, got up to the room and noticed that the top sheet were dirty, so I came down to request a change of room, which I got. I was then given room 1010, whose linen...were also dirty!! After a veru heated call with the "Customer Seervice" person, the Duty Manager came to my room, checked on the linen and agreed that it was "unacceptable" and offered me a Suite. You may not believe this, but the Suite's sheets were also stained!! I decided to sleep on top of them...and never come back to this hotel..go somewhere else, as this hotel is far from being a 5-Star hotel...Santiago22 March 2013

3.0 star ratingThe rooms are spacious and clean..modern facilities..Location, gym and pool.. For the price..it was not fair.. Also, the hotel should consider a shuttle service to pacific fair mall...as it is virtually impossible to get there not flustered or tempered due to traffic and mostly access to mall being difficult Pierre10 June 2014
