4.0 star ratingI have given a low score for the hotel check-in. Only one member of staff at the desk. Several guests all waiting to be registered, all tired after a long flight. Details requested were already available on the documentation when we booked the hotel, so no need for the guests to have to repeat this information and fill in more forms. We had to wait, much longer at the airport than we anticipated as the courtesy bus did not arrive to pick us up, as arranged. We had to call the hotel to ask them to collect us. Other than that we had a very pleasant stay. 19 March 2009
4.0 star ratingstaff were excellant, very helpfull and plesent at all times.food was very good.view from room window was very bad, there was evergreen trees right in front of the window even though i requested a room with a view.had to pay for the tv channels22 March 2009
3.5 star ratingGreat service, room very clean, handy for airport and city centre (with free transport). Also free shuttle bus to airport.Restaurant closed on Saturday nights. Hot breakfast was only like warm and had been sitting for a while. Plates for hot breakfasts cold.22 September 2009
