4.5 star ratingThe first thing we noticed about The room was how Very Clean Unfortunately there seemed to be a problem with the plumbing at the basin because the water drained slowly. There were younger children staying in the room next door, and at times through the night loud sounds could be heard through the wall....very annoying when you are trying to rest/relax/sleep.jukev26 December 2013

Great restaurants, great food (dont rate rockpool though) I feel great when staying at trhe crownCan get very crowded in hotel lobby and surrounding, entertainment areas on friday, saturday night. 4.5 star ratingI took my grandson to stay overnight as his 13th Birthday Present. He did not want to leave the room even thought the Hotel had a heated pool. He thought the in-room menu was great and I purchased Anchorman 2 for him to watch. I enjoyed seeing him having a great time.NoneJeeps Ma29 April 2014

4.0 star ratingGreatest asset to Crown Metropol is definitely the staff - welcoming, friendly, and professional. All giving that little bit extra attention and courtesy. Many thanks to each and every staff member we came in contact with.Meals - (food) abysmal. Given the variety of restaurants - food quality not at a international standard unfortunately. We have tried Rockpool food (poor) - staff the only redeeming feature (excellent). Merrywell - late evening snack (very good) - breakfast (very poor) And Market and Co - on each of our visits on 3 different occasions - (very, very poor) Would this be because Crown Metropol has a monopoly in our city of Perth.Anonymous 07 February 2016
