3.0 star ratingWe arrived at the hotel and with out any warning or notice, we were chucked into a taxi and headed to a new hotel because the pool was broken! Me and my friends booked this hotel because it was so good the year before, and to have to walk an extra 15 minutes to get to the main strip is pretty annoying! Especially at night it didn't seem safe to walk back, we were forking out for taxis! So overall I'm not happy with the holiday, I thought either you guys or the cosmopolite could have emailed me and perhaps let us choose another hotel rather than bein chucked into a crap hotel! 30 June 2013
