4.0 star ratingCleanThe reception staff didn't understand the voucher I had to give over for them to claim payment from hotelopia, they still wanted to charge me on my credit card, but did get it resolved in the end, no irons either in the room which wasn't helpful, power went out and there was no lighting whatsoever inside the room09 February 2013
