3.5 star ratingThis hotel is in a good location and the rooms are nice & clean.The reception staff were not quick to acknowledge you and often walked off leaving you standing there waiting to be seen to. Not a very happy bunch either.28 October 2008

4.5 star ratingFood: Salads were very good, bread selection was good, water was hot, staff were friendly and efficient Location: Proximity to the Beach, proximity to shops and restaurants, near the airport, not too far from golf courses Lifts: the lifts were very efficient Value for Money: Quite good value for money. Staff: Generally quite pleasant and helpful. Bedroom: Spacious, bright and cheerful with adequate bathroom facilities. Cleanliness: The bedroom was cleaned and well looked after and the towels were changed daily.Food: Not enough choice for The Main Dishes for the evening meal. Presentation of the Main Courses not exemplary. No Chef Carving: A chef's presence, possibly carving some food is par for similar hotels e.g. the Sandos Monaco in Benidorm or the hotel Rincon near Marbella. Towels for use on the Beach: It is not permitted to bring towels to the beach although guests have to pay €10 deposit when getting the towels. This is a ridiculous rule that needs to be changed immediately. After all this is why people go to Spain - for sun and sand. Bedroom: Personally I found the bed too hard as it hurt my hips so perhaps better mattresses might be the answer. AK11 October 2012
