3.5 star ratingThe first room we had was terrible! We asked to be moved and they did this with no problem. Staff on reception were really helpful especially GRETA... she was a really lovely member of staff. Always had a smile and interested in our day.Some rooms are better than others. The first room was on the main road side and was so noisy. No air-con in the room and it was hot so we could not open the windows because of the noise.Anonymous 16 June 2017
