Moreover, the property provides its guests with plenty of entertainment and shopping options, as it is within easy reach from attractive shopping streets and the river bank with a great number of interesting museums. All the spacious and soundproofed guest rooms are tastefully appointed for a pleasant stay and offer a space to completely unwind and relax, thanks to its private bathroom with shower or bath tub, a hairdryer and a satellite television. Guest have complimentary wireless Internet connection available throughout the hotel if they need to keep updated and can use the on-site conference rooms. There is also an à-la-carte restaurant that serves delicious specialities.

3.0 star ratingGood location from Tourism point of view being very near to the Main Train Station. Neat and clean rooms. Free WiFi was available even in the room. TV was also there in the room. Reception staff was helpful in providing tourism information. Reception staff was available 24Hrs. We were allowed to check in at 11:00 am which is earlier than the standard check in time. Reasonable price of 59.00 Euros per night for 2 persons. Got even a cheaper rate of 53.00 Euros on Sunday. The room had 2 balconies with City view. When we arrived at the hotel we were asked to wait as it was quite early for check in. So we took a seat near the reception. After a little while, we noticed that it was hot and started to get un comfortable. Upon inquiring, we came to know that there was no cooling system in the Hotel. When we inquired about cooling in the rooms, we got a no reply, as there was no cooling system in the rooms. We requested for a fan and that was provided. But during the day time, that fan was of very little help as it got really hot during the day. After we moved in the room, we noticed that not only there was no cooling system, but also there was no Fridge. That meant no cold water. After a little while, when we wanted to sleep. we realized that it was a very noisy area as there was traffic outside all the time and Tram was passing just in front of the Hotel. So sleeping was a challenge. One of the reception staff was not friendly and often replied with a negative attitude if asked more questions. When we got a cheaper rate of 53 Euros on Sunday, and informed at the reception that we have extended our stay for the third day, the person there seemed disappointed about the cheaper rate we got and passed negative comments about the booking agent online, meaning Hotelopia. Lastly, the biggest disappointment was at the time of Check out. We wanted to pay through credit card but it didnt work. The person at the reception blamed the credit card for declined transaction. So we tried a different card under another name, but still the transaction didnt go through. And that person still blamed that there was problem with the credit card. And also added that credit cards don't work from some countries. We told him the credit cards belong to banks in Dubai so thats the last cards which would not work. But he was not ready to accept that there was problem with the machine he had. His attitude was very negative during this time and he demanded cash payment. Running out of time, we used the same credit card at a near by ATM to withdraw cash and it worked. But the problem was, the bank charged around $60.00 for withdrawing through a credit card and that also in another country. He also refused to accept payment in another currency and demanded only Euros. So next time, I would stay at a different hotel if I have choice.Syed23 July 2014
