It is very close to KL Airport so ideal if you are flying out the next morning and don't want to travel 45 mins from the centre of KL to get to the airport. The complimentary shuttle bus is very reliable and runs every 30 mins to and from the airport. We found the room to be clean with good air con and tv. Bathroom was clean and shower was hot and worked well. There are alot of facilities at this hotel if you want to use them. The restaurant is open 24 hours and the food is of a good standard. This could be attributed to the very large turn over of guests. Some guests are ignoring the NO SMOKING rules which makes is very unpleasant for other guests, however the reception was very quick to give us another room when this happened on one of our recent visits. We use this hotel regularly and would recommend it but suggest that guests don't make their expectations too high.
