4.0 star rating	It was a nice but big hotel. Good breakfast.	We brought our little dog and the oly thing I did not like was that I had to pay for him for two nights. They said cleaning but they do not have to clean especially for us. One fee had been enough!		02 August 2013
3.0 star rating		The hotel may be excellent, I will never know as hotelopia told me my reservation was booked, I printed off the voucher, got on the plane. Sent an email to hotel direct about a minor room request and was told hoteltopia had been sent an email to say the room was not available. Hoteltopia did not contact me then, nor since. They cannot be contacted by email, which is pretty hopeless when you are already travelling. The hotel after a day or two emailed back and said they could now fit me in and were very pleasant in their correspondence, but by that time it was too late I had to book elsewhere. I get the impression from hoteltopia reviews that others have had this phantom booking problem too.... Look up the poor reviews. I don't know about this hotel apart from our emails, but they seemed to try to help. Hoteltopia have not communicated with me yet, other than this odd request in an email to judge a hotel that they failed to book me into. I have some major reservations about Hoteltopia and its non existent customer service and would suggest you think carefully about booking this hotel through them, especially if they are showing room availability that other web sites are not showing.
