Beautiful house of 190 m2, with Majorcan rural architecture, which is located in the countryside of Campos, and accommodates 6 people (plus 2 extra guests with additional charge). The exterior of this property are fantastic. It has a 10 x 5 m chlorinated fenced pool, with an outdoor shower, and 6 deck-chairs for sunbathing. The paved area has an area of 150 m2 and the lawn, 300 m2. Nearby, there is an orchard. On one side of the property there is a huge aviary, with different types of birds. The 48 m2 porch is fantastic and furnished with a table, two benches, a sofa and an auxiliary table. Here you can enjoy wonderful outdoor meals with friends and family thanks to the barbecue. The house has three bedrooms, with a double bed, air conditioning and closets. The two extra guests are accommodated in two of the bedrooms which have a single bed each. There is a bathroom with a shower and a bath. You can relax in the living-dining room, which has air conditioning, while reading a book, watching satellite TV, DVD, etc. The separate kitchen has a gas cooker and is fully-equipped so that you can cook without a problem. The house has a washing machine, an iron, ironing board, and fans. Surrounded by nature, which transmits tranquillity and peace, the property is located 1.2 km from the town of Campos, where to find everything you need for your stay: supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, shops, banks, a medical centre, etc. Just 14 km away, you can reach one of the best beaches on the island, Es Trenc. And just 30 km away, there is the city of Palma with all kinds of entertainment, shopping centres, sightseeing, etc. NOTE: This holiday rental cannot accept customers under 30 unless they are travelling with their parents.
