3.5 star ratingThe rooms and pool area were bright and cleanThe person at the desk was very confused. we had paid for our rooms through a third party. he tried to make me pay for them again. Also, we extended room 418 from 3 nights to 4. The hotel charged me twice, stating that one night was a no show. I had booked 2 rooms for three nights, Aug 29, 30 and 31. The one couple with us in room 420 checked out on Aug 31. We booked one more night, Sept 1. The person at the desk said we would receive a credit.of $110.00Ron Mason05 September 2014
