The centre of "Playa de las Américas" lies around 14 km away (on work days a free hotel bus service as well as a public bus service, for an additional fee, travel there). There is a bus stop located around 800 m from the complex. The transfer time to the airport from southern Tenerife takes around 40 minutes.Built in 1993, the complex comprises a total of 224 apartments spread over 18 floors. Guests are offered use of a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a lounge area, a boutique, a bar, a restaurant with a large terrace as well as lifts. Room service is available on request. Younger guests will also find a children's playground in the grounds.The welcoming apartments and studios include an integrated living room/ bedroom, an en suite bathroom, a fully equipped bathroom, a direct dial telephone, a TV, a hire safe and a balcony.
