4.5 star ratingThe Hotel was very good, we really enjoyed our stay there. The staff were lovely and I'd recommend the hotel to friends and family. Also the hotel is incredibly well situated at the heart of Wexford town. We had a standard room and there was no bath only a shower. GerMc06 July 2011

5.0 star ratingOn arrival i was greeted by a very polite, smiling and friendly receptionist, my booking was comfirmed and I was given my room key/pass. She directed me to the lifts for the bedroom floors, and enquired if there was anything else she could do for me. My bedroom was spotlessly clean, spacious, and well equipped (tea/coffee making facilities, plazma screen tv, iron, ironing board, direct-dial telephone, hairdryer) There were plenty of towels in bathroom, as well as toiletries. The hotel in general was noticably clean and well appointed. The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. I was attending a wedding there in the afternoon and the guests were greeted with a selection of scones, biscuits, tea, coffee and fruit punch, served by friendly and helpful staff. The reception was wonderful and i can not fault the hotel staff in any . From the moment of my arrival until i checked out everyone was so helpful. I will be planning a week-end or mid-week break there before the summer is over for myself and will make full use of all the wonderful facilities (especially the pool and spa treatments ) and I won't hesitate to reccommend it to family and friends. Thank you to all at Whites' Hotel, Wexford for a very enjoyable stay. June 22nd to 23rd 2012.KathMcD25 June 2012
3.5 star ratingOur stay wasn't great . The hotel was mediocre and it would not be my first choice of hotel the next time. I didn't find as helpful as I would have expected. I also thought the price charged for the room was overly expensive. 59 euro per soom would have been a more reasonable price and similar to the prices I have been paying in similar hotels. 4.0 star ratingwe had a very enjoyable stay in the hotel staff were very nice and helpful .breakfast vas very good ..restaurant was a bit expensive for dinner but was lovely .overall a very nice hotel to say in will visit it again.only negative thing about this hotel was the shower the water was leaking all over the bathroom floor had to put towels on the floor to soak up the water it was coming up through the tiles25 June 2013
5.0 star ratingIt lashed rain the whole evening but the underground parking worked a treat. Also it was a 1 minute walk to the lovely Yard restaurant that i had pre booked.21 October 2013
4.0 star ratingThe staff were very helpful and nice. the rooms were nice and clean and had nice views from the window and the hotel is very close to the town so is very convenient. the showers in the room are on the same level as the rest of the bathroom so when you have a shower everywhere and everything gets soaked. the lifts in the hotel are very confusing and the hotel is hard to navigate around as there isnt enough signs for eg. the leisure centre Anonymous 11 July 2014
3.5 star ratingWe had to request a change of room as we were almost in the basement & we then had to pay to upgrade... & also service for food in the bar was very very slowAnonymous 07 July 2014
2.0 star ratingRoom was nice and staff were friendly.Wifi is woeful and only available in the lobby - not good enough for a supposed 4 star hotel. Staff are too slow to clear tables in the bar, dining room and coffee shop. The carpet in public areas on level 2 is filthy and needs replacing. The car park is occupied by stray cats and their cat poo. The swimming pool needs swimming caps - why? The level of cleanliness is poor. We booked two rooms and they only reserved one room, causing a panic amongst staff - attention to detail is missing.Brendan24 July 2014
