3.0 star ratingNice reception area, good food.To far away from Cork, bus services bad. No extraction in bathroom, so when you had a shower the steam was terrible. The sink did not empty and stank of sewage. The cleaner asked us 2 mornings on our out if we wanted our room cleaned. Should this not be an automatic process, of having your room cleaned, bed made and tea & coffee repleneshed every day. Overlook a double expressway, of which one you had to cross to get a bus, which only came once an hour.03 September 2008

2.5 star ratinggood to hear irish speaking staff serving. staff in dining room very helpfullmold on celing above the shower. constant noisy from traffic on road. shower hot and cold did not work. dripping constant water from shower. presentation of breakfast poor. coffee and teapots came out with stains on them the first time. sauser with small jam pots had stains where the pots had been sitting so long. blue mold on brown bread. not enough staff on at night in the bar lounge area to cope with demand.12 July 2010
