A daily City of Reno Facility Fee is payable by the guest upon check in. A daily Resort Fee is payable by the guest upon check in. Must be 21 years of age to check-in. 3.5 star ratingThe room was large and the beds comfortable.Part of my love of travel is my interactions with those I come across and I love hotels! However, when we arrived we were not greeted welcomly by the staff on desk. The girl did seem to be sniffling sick, but it is no excuse to be rude towards the guest. On top of that the double beds I had paid for online was unavailble and I was given a king bed. I did check in extremly late, but I have never had a hotel not give me what I have requested and then didnt even try to accomadate me. I was so tired I didn't even think to ask for a rollaway bed. Having worked in hospitality for many years I would have never presented myself to a customer the way the staff did and I would have tried to accomadate their needs by appologizing and being understanding and perhaps suggesting that I get a rollaway.
