2.5 star ratingNot Just the hotel even Hotelopia website experience was also very bad. I had booked three rooms and the email sent to the hotel was for 2 rooms. We had checked in at early 0200 hours with kids and ladies and it took more than 1 hour for us to check in as the staff was not informed about the booking. Initially the reception guy said its one booking, then agreed for 2 and then finally after lots of arguments and confusion he gave us the third room. 2.0 star ratingOK Room, Clean and basic.Front Desk Staff very rude. They would lie to you in your face by saying just wait 2 minutes where everything takes 2 hours to happen. Was check in 3 hours after I arrived. Their Internet services or the lack of it, is limited to a few usernames and passwords per day. Only 2 elevators would work out of 4. Sometimes only 1 worked. Took me 20 minutes to get back to my room once when only 1 elevator was working. Staff shows no courtesy. You can be waiting at the front desk and they would not even acknowledge you are standing there. I had a horrible experience, would never recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.
