4.0 star ratingLocation was central to everything we wanted to do in Chattanooga. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would stay there again. The room was very clean, and for the price we paid, it was a great experience. There was a minor issue when checking in, but it was resolved in a timely and efficient manor.There is a parking fee to use hotel parking, even for guests, and this does not include valet parking. I understand this fee, but would have preferred for that fee to be communicated ahead of time. We attempted to check in for the night at 5:30 PM, and the room was not available for another hour, but I was satisfied with the staff's solution to fix the issue.Anonymous 22 June 2015
