Re-built in 1820, in the place of a castle burnt during the French revolution, this unique property was refurbished in 1998. It took the Lille designer Pierre Vandendriessche over 12 years to give this house the charm and facilities of a high-quality establishment. The on-site fine dining restaurant serves a selection of dishes prepared by Head Chef Takashi Kinoshita who is specifically passionate about French cuisine.
