Rates are inclusive of resort fee.  Halii Kai at Waikoloa is a gated condominium community; if you plan to arrive after 6:00 pm please contact the front office at (808) 886-4307 prior to your arrival to arrange for afterhours access. You will be provided with the front gate and villa access codes via email 7 days prior to arrival. Please provide flight information on all reservations.  A mandatory check-out cleaning fee is payable by the guest upon check-out for all new bookings. Fees are per stay, per condo unit plus taxes and are subject to change.  One Bedroom, one-two nights: $75 plus tax. One Bedroom, three+ nights: $150 plus tax. Two Bedroom, one-two nights: $75 plus tax. Two Bedroom, three+ nights: $150 plus tax. Three Bedroom, one-two nights: $100 plus tax. Three Bedroom, three+ nights: $175 plus tax.
