3.5 star ratingThe hotel was clean, reception staff very helpful Restaurant saff not so friendly. No internet when internet was advertised as be available. Only 5 parking bays in total. Air conditioning unit was very noisy, could not leave it on during night so too hot to sleep. Breakfast had no fruit, the only thing orange about the orange juice was the colour.Sandra08 September 2010

Close to Seafront and Shops.We where rather disappointed with the room,It smelt of damp and this was confirmed when we got to bed as they felt cold and damp.(the A/C was not on)But the worst thing was when we ran the water it was brown,We ran 3 baths until it lightened up,but was nowhere near clear.We complained to reception who checked and they said it was only a little bit brown and they raised their eyebrows when I mentioned Legionnaires Disease.they could not offer us another room as they were full,as It was only 1 night it was not worth asking to move to another hotel,besides there were 10 in our group who will be looking for somewhere for next New Year Eve.Taff03 January 2011

No geral, fomos bem tratados pelo staff do hotel e esteve tudo dentro do aceitável/bom.Nos dois primeiros dias, a confusão e a desorganização na cozinha e no serviço de jantar foi escandalosa, a pior que já vivi num hotel. A oferta ao pequeno almoço é muito fraca, mais variedade de sumos, bolos, pão, seria óptimo.11 October 2011

3.5 star ratingThis was our 3rd stay at the Casablanca and we have always found the staff to be helpful and courteous. The rooms are perfectly adequatePreffered it when breakfast was served to the table. The buffet breakfast was not very good with overdone eggs. The food was not hot enough and on the second morning the coffee ran out.28 April 2012
