4.5 star ratingFlexibility - My changing requirements were met at the last moment for which I was grateful. Quietness - The location was quiet which encouraged good sleep. Facilities - a very well appointed suite with more than I expected. Comfort - very comfortable with sufficient seating. Staff - very helpful on several occasions giving advice etc. I would stay here again. Overall I was very happy.The bathroom was rather cramped. I prefer a very powerful shower. Breakfast selection was a bit limited but sufficient.19 September 2011
