4.5 star ratingAll staff were extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. It was great to have access to the computers in the air conditioned environment. The setting of the hotel is glorious. The food was also excellent. The roofs of the shaded 2 person cabanas near the swimming pool are flat. It would help if they were changed to a sloping roof particularly when guests would like to use this area when it's raining. Many other hotels offer free transport to and from the airport. This would be most helpful if it were provided.14 April 2013

3.5 star ratingThe rooms are beautifully decorated, with all the things you would require. the bed was very comfortable. The meal we had was a thai banquet and it was just perfect. the staff & waiters were very professional. Hotel reception also professional. Out of the way from the hustle and bustle of Patong beach, but we knew that before booking, we always hire a bike so transport wasnt a problem, but if you have no transport it can be very costly as its 400 baht to get home from patong every time. There are alot of steps between the different buildings as it is located on a cliff face. but there are elevators in the buildings. We actually splurged out on this hotel as its not somewhere we would normally stay and I have to say even for 5 star the view was great when the tide was in , but when the tide was out it was rocks and mud flats, Anonymous 24 July 2017
