Welcome to this modern townhouse for 6 people, located in Maria de la Salut. The exteriorareas are very nice. There is a fully equipped terrace, a chlorine swimming pool of 6 x 3 m with a depth of 1.7 m, and a barbecue. The house of 140 m2 is distributed over two floors. It has 3 bedrooms, all on the 1st floor and with air conditioning. One of them has a twin beds and two have one double bed each (one of them with en suite bathroom). One cot and a highchair are available on request. In addition to the en suite bathroom, there is one more bathroom with shower on the 1st floor, and one toilet on the ground floor. The living-dining room is very bright and welcoming. It features two sofas, a coffee table, a TV-Sat, a dining table with chairs and air conditioning. The kitchen in the same space with vitro stove, has all the necessary cooking utensils, including toaster and electric fryer. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. The location of Maria de la Salut, in the center of the island, makes it very easy to get anywhere in a reasonable time. The area is mainly rural and mostly inhabited by local people, so there is not much tourism and you can discover the real Mallorca. Neverthless, you can find there everything you may need: supermarket, pharmacy, bank, sports area, bars and some restaurants. In just 15 minutes driving ou will reach Ses Casetes dels Capellans and Ca'n Picafort. Spend a wonderful, summer day at the sandy beach or enjoy a tasty cocktail or a good paella, next to the beach, watching the breathtaking sunset. The promenade of Ca'n Picafort is a lively area in contrast to the quiet Playa de Muro. Very close, there are also the areas of the Port of Alcudia and Pollenca.
