Three bedrooms are located on the first floor: one is double with a double bed; another double with a trundle bed; and the third is single with a capacity for an extra bed. The house has on each floor a bathroom. On the second floor you find a large living-dining room with a sofa, a chaise lounge, and two armchairs to relax, watch TV or surf with Wi-Fi. The kitchen is well-equipped with all utensils you might need for cooking: blender, microwave, fridge with freezer, toaster, dishwasher, hob etc. Furthermore, the kitchen is big-sized, so it can be a place to have meals. Alternatively there is a furnished upper terrace or spacious balcony. The accommodation is heated during the winter and in the summer let sea breeze run through open windows. Of course fans are available on request. If you want to enjoy beautiful views, we invite you to the upper terrace. It is furnished and overlooks the coastline of Cala Galiota. The apartment is located in a central but quiet village. In Colonia de Sant Jordi there are available all services essential to have an unforgettable holiday in Mallorca. You can walk to the beach of Cala Galiota or to Colonia de Sant Jordi or Es Trenc, pearls of the Mediterranean. However, if you would like to have an unforgettable excursion, take the boat from the port to the National Park of Cabrera Archipelago. Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
