3.5 star ratingAll staff encountered pleasant and helpful. Rooms very clean and well appointed - but as below - limited facilities.Limited facilities in room eg no kettle/iron. Limited snack/light meal facilities. Tinned rather than fresh fruit salad available at breakfast. Swimming pool closed for latter part of stay (including only sunny days). No pavement from bus stop to hotel - was further away from Lido 'centre' than anticipated. Had to walk in rain from bedroom block to breakfast area.25 September 2008

2.0 star ratingNicely designed modern public loung and breakfast area.Large public lunges not in any use for guests other than short breakfast time. No food, no service rest of the day in the main complex. Impression that hotel ectualy do not want to make any profit on food21 May 2012
3.0 star ratingStaff at the reseption was very helpfull and nice. Breakfast fine and rooms good. Hotel isn't so fancy but nice to stay on while visiting Venice. It was easy to use local busses and boats to Venice. Also the Lido beach is easy to reach with bus for a nice beach day.Food at the restaurant wasn't good. We had a free dinner with our reservation so we managed but I wouldn't eat there again even if it was free. Restaurant staff wasn't professional. For example we got red wine when ordered white. I think the pasta and the sauce was from super market and could have done better at home. You should go out atleast to Lido center to eat. Also the "cashier" by the pool was not very customer oriented. You can have refresments only at the marked space by the pool. When ordering 0,4 beer it is served on 0,3 plastic cup.Nimetön 27 July 2016
4.0 star ratingWe were a couple visiting Venice the first time and liked it alot. Bus (land) lines from the hotel were frequent and most of the time there was a bus waiting at the nearest bus stop to leave and there was mostly no wait time at all. The nearest supermarket is near if needed. Few bus stops away. There's also free transits from the hotel to the Lido's local water bus station, but we bought the actv bus passes so we didn't need them. There's also a nice pool and a restaurant at the pool at the hotel. It's really easy to travel to main Venice islands so there's no reason to pay high prices to spend nights at Venices tourist traps. We would really recommend. The staff at the hotel was really nice and tried to help if we had any problems. Only negative side was a class of school kids that arrived day before we left Venice. The temperature was high at the moment, over 30c. The hotel had the coolest temperatures of the holidays. Suosittelemme :)Nimetön 30 June 2016
