5.0 star ratingthis hotel was very clean, the staff were well presented and very helpful speaking both in english and bulgarian, the evening food was excellent, very tasty and drinks were well priced for business customers.my only minor complaint was that in the room itself there was no kettle and tray of complimentary tea/coffee sachets - as someone who enjoys sitting in the room with a brew and a book or watching tv that was a problem - this i believe had been mentioned to staff by another customer and was to be put before the hotel management to see what could be done.01 February 2012
4.0 star ratingPersonal ist sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind ansprechend groß und verfügen größtenteils über Balkone. Es gibt gratis schnelles WLAN.Die Kellner im Restaurant sind absolut unprofessionell. Halbpension ist nicht empfehlenswert. Es gibt ein festgelegtes Menü aus 3 Gängen, über die man vorher nichts erfährt. Es wird blitzartig und gerne kalt serviert. Sowie die erste Person einen Gang beendet hat, wird der nächste Gang aufgetragen. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist von Autowerkstätten und Zubehörläden dominiert. Ralf24 May 2013
