This cozy villa located in the countryside, in the northern part of the island offers the comfort of a house that will make your holidays an unforgettable experience. This cozy, two-storey house with a size of 250 m2 counts with 3 bedrooms. It’s just perfect for families or groups of friends because it has space for 6 people. All the bedrooms are equipped with double beds. The biggest bedroom counts with air conditioning and bathroom en suite with a bath tub. The other two bedrooms have no air conditioning. There is another bathroom with bath tub on the ground floor. The whole villa emits a warm atmosphere and it has rustic details that make the difference. It’s an excellent choice for relax seekers. In the welcoming living room you will have a pleasant time while reading a book, surfing on the internet (WIFI), watching TV (only local channels) or either watch a film with the DVD player. There is air conditioning in the living area. The adjoining dining area, in the same room, counts with a rustic wooden table and seats for 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped. In the patio of the house there is space to park at least two cars; but there is no garage or covered parking. The exteriors are beautiful and invite you to take a refreshing dip in the pool or just bask in the sun. There are 6 sun loungers. The private, chlorine pool has a size of 8 meters x 4 meters. On the porch you will find a barbecue and a table with chairs for 6 persons. The house is only 2.2 km far from Sa Pobla., where you will find most of the things you will need during your stay: supermarket, medical center, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, etc. The beautiful village Pollença is also quite close. This place is worth a visit, you will enjoy its tiny cobbled streets with lots of shops, and you will be able to go up to Calvari, a tiny church on the top of the village, where you will enjoy the astonishing views of the surroundings.
