| 5.0 star rating | Hotel was very child friendly with excellent children facilities including a den with ps2 and table tennis, a dedicated soft play area for smaller children. The bars were full of character one had a log burning fire which was lovely, not too far from Glasgow city centre. | 4.5 star rating | We took our 4 year old and 1 year old which is always a worry! They had a brilliant soft play area open till 8pm and we also made use of the health club pool. | 3.5 star rating | The staff here were polite and friendly, food was good and plentiful | The rooms are tired and dated as are the main areas many cobwebs in corners and the carpets in the corridors are really filthy etc. Parts of the outside are dirty and many of the spa areas icluding the changing rooms closest to the pool were all shut. of the ones open they were smelly and only 1 shower working. | 28 May 2012 | |

Which is I marked them as n/a on the score card. I did take a look at them and they appeared to be of a very high standard .
