1.0 star ratingFraud!! The pictures shown do not correspond to the actual hotel!!! There was no toilet paper, no telephone at the room, the room was filthy and very very small. The manager Felipe told us he would refund our money as we were not satisfied and didn´t stay at the hotel, we couldn´t stay at that place!! And they just stole our money and didn´t give it back as Felipe said he would. I am extremely disappointed! I am a frequent traveler and this has been my worst experience ever, not even in hostels. We stayed at the Emperador Hotel where we felt at home and we had what we deserved for our money. Please don't stay here if you value your money and you want to have a good vacation and a nice experience. This is a fraud!!!!!!!!!!!Mary G 03 June 2015
