 En trevlig kvinna i receptionen som gjorde allt hon kunde för att hjälpa oss.Efter att ha rest i 12 timmar kommer vi fram 8 vuxna och 4 barn i Ã¥ldern 12,9,3,1 Ã¥r. Barnen var trötta och vrÃ¥lhungriga. Vi hade bjudit de tre sönerna med familjer pÃ¥ denna resa. Jag hade bokat i tid för att fÃ¥ familjerum till de tvÃ¥ sönerna som har barn. Nu förverkligades mardrömmen som man kan ha när man är sÃ¥ mÃ¥nga och dessutom har barn med. Det fanns inga rum Ã¥t oss de hade missat bokningen. Vi stod 21.00 utan boende och mat. Vi fick ett tillfälligt boende över natten och sedan ett annat hotell med fyra dubbelrum, det löste sig men det var ingen trevlig upplevelse. Ann-Catrine29 October 2014
