2.5 star rating	The pool is amazing	Disappointing. We stay here often and each time rooms gets older and do not function well. Toilet had a leek enquired about someone coming to fix it and nothing was done. Rooms are old and run down showser curtains have stains all over them. Bugs easily get Into your room and the aircon made a loud noise when turned on. The delux rooms all in need of a massive revamp. Only good thing about this place is the pool and location. 4.0 star rating	The friendly staff are the best asset. The pool, the view and location are awesome. The rustic Villas are so beautiful. Really enjoyed our stay.	Just needs a bit of a clean up, high pressure hose around the pool, some new tiling in the bathrooms and a bit of painting. I like it how it is but it won't please everyone.	Anonymous	03 August 2015
2.0 star rating	Pool area beautiful and relaxing	Staff were not very helpful. Our shower wouldn't drain so we asked if they could fix it or change rooms and left them the key while we had dinner. When we came back they had done nothing about it, so we had to wait for them to go and fix the shower. We had no hot water at all over the 3 days / 2 nights. The breakfast was very average. 1.0 star rating	In brutal honesty, the only positive things about this hotel was the main (infinity) pool which overlooked Uluwatu's surf beach.	My partner and I were extremely disappointed with the overall service at this hotel - We arrived to our room to find that our room had just been remade from the previous occupants, with food stained bed sheets, food crumbs/empty drinks in the room, a dirty bathroom with moldy jets in the actual "jacuzzi" (as the hotel list it as - let me assure you, this is no jacuzzi and is a combined sit down shower-bath), no toilet paper, dirty towels and no balcony setting, let alone our balcony door having a one inch gap when locked so we had lovely bugs join us of a night. After requesting our sheets and towels be changed, the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. Breakfast buffet/restaurant in general didn't have a big choice on food, with the quality and taste of food also being disappointed, The hotel will not assist you within getting a cab to leave hotel premises, you either find one on your own or use their own transport operators ($30 AUD for a return 3.8km - 1.4km ea way). One pool closed due to a wedding... two days in a row, with limited access to the restaurant as it sits on top of where the weddings are held. For the money you're paying, this is NOT worth it. Extremely disappointed in the staff, the hotel and overall service. Communication was zero to none in return from the hotel, and they treated patrons more like it was a choir to deal with us instead of us being paying customers.	Anonymous	09 August 2015

1.0 star rating		We went here to celebrate my partners 30th and we were so discussed in the hygiene of the resort. We had a large group of friends who all stayed on night and check out the next day! My bath room had a used razor in it and a towel hanging out of the roof, it was the worst experience. The only thing going for this resort is the pool and the view!	Anonymous	16 November 2015
