We, a Korean-British married couple, won't go back as there are too many loud guests wearing bothrobes and indoor sandals and walking along the pool and the beach. 1.5 star ratingThe hotel has a fantastic beach and the co-worker are very friendlyThee hotel needs urgent an upgrade. Everything is old, rotten, rusty and worn out. The entire facility, except the hotelrooms has no aircondition, only fans, this is not a good standard for this price!08 April 2013

3.0 star ratingThe staff was very friendly and helpful.The forest room was pretty ok with a pleasant balcony and bathroom. The room had too many maintenance issues, including shower, sink and light dysfunction. Internet wireless was not very good even if we paid SGD 20 per day. We found the food being not value for money.21 August 2013
3.5 star ratingGood resort, with nice pool and very close to the beach. lot of activities.Very Far from main Bintan city and very expensive. due to the proximity to Singapore prices are more less Singapore prices and in some cases more than Singapore. 4.5 star ratingGreat family resort with lots of options for activities. Recommend eating at the Japanese restaurant "Miyako" and beach front restaurant called "rice". Staff by the poolside were so friendly and welcoming, fantastic service.Rooms are slightly dated but comfortable, shower leaks water everywhere so make sure you get extra towels! "Orzo" the Italian restaurant was our least impressive dining experience. Food was average as was the service, not enough staff to cope with occupancy. Anonymous 31 July 2014
3.5 star ratingClean and neat room but I belive it will be the same too if we book other resort Overall ok but change three time of our room because they didn't do what it had stated seaview. Two room that had been giving is viewing the trees instead. I didn't get to see any sea or pool at all and I went with my husband but was given two single bed instead of queen size bed. They told us queen size bed was fully taken and we had no choice but to stick the two single bed into one which is very uncomfortable for us. We paid 580 plus without free ferry. So total another 100 plus for the ferry. So total 700 plus which I feel is costly.We paid so much just for two nights but no queen size bed at all which is uncomfortable having a gap at the middle. No wifi at room, have to walk to lobby and even thought we are at the lobby. The net work was slow and sometime we are unable to log in the free wifi or sometime will get disconnected, we happened to sit at near the bar after our breakfast buffet but was ask if we wanna have some drink but was told to leave because it was meant for their customer. I feel disappointed is because we are there because of the wifi. That was why we were there but was ask to leave. If the hotel provide a better service by having wifi in the room. I believe there won't be so many people at the lobby and standing at there lobby for the wifi. So we won't accidently sit on the chair which below to the bar. Abit disappointed for the overall experience. I hope you all have a better prepare to read my review before booking this resort. Thank you. Experience 30 December 2014
3.0 star ratingStuff friendly and very helpful, 2 people in particular, Mrs Nereng, and a Polish lady, Manager in the Hotel, they were all the stay, kind helpful and very professional.The extra charge for everything is just the way the Hotel works, a capuccino at breakfast only with extra charge, a fresh orange juice, only with extra charge, any activity in the hotel was extra charge. The extra charge was normal activity but please note it was VERY PRICED as well.Anonymous 27 February 2015

4.0 star ratingThe environment is good and clean. The staffs are friendly too and able to speak English. The room price is cheap.the food are way too expensive. Average per person is about $50 for a meal. I can have 1 week meal with that $50 back in Singapore. Will have to bring our own instant noodle for lunch and dinner. The food is just below normal.
